The Seminar was inaugurated by H.E. Dr. Mohammad Thneibat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Co., along with H.E. Chemist Saad Abou El-Maaty, AFA Secretary General, and H.E Eng. Abdel Wahab AlRowwad, CEO of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Co. and AFA Board Member representing the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. 

The seminar is taking place from December 19th to 21st, 2023, with over 100 participants, including ambassadors, chamber of commerce heads, and representatives from the  Jordanian and Egyptian companies, with various specialized attendees from senior management, engineers, chemists, and technicians across different sectors.

Over the course of three days, the seminar program will discuss the latest technological advancements, and the pathways to decarbonizing facilities through #RenewableEnergy, beside more insights about the best practices in energy conservation. The seminar also delves into a significant aspect of operational #Safety and practical advancements in #Phosphogypsum utilization and improving energy efficiency in the industrial sector, as well as the health and safety challenges, and energy consumption optimization.
